Hannah Keisker (she/her), LPC, NCC

Accepting clients on Mondays in April 2026

Therapy, to me, is a space where people can reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been pushed aside, silenced, or overwhelmed. My goal is to help all parts of you feel accepted and connected, so you can be your most authentic self.

I specialize in working with clients whose early life experiences have impacted the way they show up day-to-day. I’ve found this often appears in the form of anxiety, depression, emotional avoidance, self-criticism, relationship issues, and trauma, among other things.

I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, from kids to later adults, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. My style is down-to-earth, relational, and creative. I also recognize that social environments and systemic injustice impact how we learn to relate to ourselves and others.

My belief is that therapy works best when it feels collaborative, curious, and grounded in safety. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as we explore the patterns, relationships, and internal stories that shape your life.
In our work together, we will focus on understanding your experiences but also help your nervous system and body process them. I integrate somatic approaches and psychodrama, which means therapy may involve paying attention to bodily sensations, emotions, and relational dynamics as they arise in the moment.

At times, we may also do more “experience-based” interventions, such as role reversing with an empty chair or playing a Dungeons & Dragon tabletop roleplaying game to help you better connect with yourself.

Curious about working together? Feel free to reach out for a 15-minute consultation to see if we’d be a good fit – hannah@rogersparkcounseling.com
