Adam Morris (He/Him), MSW, LSW
Beginning therapy - whether it’s your first time or tenth time - is an important step towards your overall well-being. My goal is to collaborate with you to develop practical tools to help you restore balance and create sustainable emotional resilience.
Navigating high-stress environments, major life transitions, chronic burnout, or simply trying to find our sense of place can leave us feeling disconnected. Therapy offers a grounded, compassionate space to pause, reflect, and rebuild inner alignment. I believe therapy is an active, empowering partnership where every part of your story is met with respect, curiosity, and practical support.
I am a proud queer resident of the Rogers Park Community and I enjoy exploring and learning from the diverse neighbors of this wonderful neighborhood. I am particularly passionate about working with other folks who identify as queer or part of the LGBTQIA+ community who may be struggling to cope or find their place. I recognize that individual well-being is deeply shaped by identity, culture, systemic demands, family dynamics, and community environments. I partner with clients to identify core strengths, clarify boundaries, and navigate complex challenges at a sustainable pace.
