Therapy is a way of approaching those life challenges that sometimes appear overwhelming or confusing. By putting words to those feelings, you can begin to unravel patterns of behavior,  relationship dynamics and decision making processes, thus allowing for meaningful change.


Therapy takes place in a supportive, non-judgmental space where we work to explore and reflect on the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing. My approach is based on your singular circumstances and the questions you may have about your life.


I am an experienced bilingual (Spanish-English) psychotherapist who works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions (immigration, divorce), parenting challenges, grief and many other concerns. Therapy can take place in Spanish and/or English.
